CONFERENCES
We offer three packages made for conferences and seminars. One is an economic package, the other which is a deluxe package and the third one which is a VIP package.
ECONOMY PACKAGE
Our economic seminar package is tailor-made to fit right into the budget of all your low budget seminars or conferences. Our full day economic seminar package includes the following :
. Morning snacks with four varieties of snacks served with freshly brewed tea & coffee. This snack menu can be tailor-made according to your preference (E.g. Vegetarian, Spicy etc.)
. An International lunch buffet. This buffet includes a wide spread of delicious dishes including three salads, two appetisers, three meat & fish items, two types of vegetarian dishes, two types of rice & five desserts. We could also tailor make this menu within the same framework according to your preference.
. Evening snacks will include two types of sweets and freshly brewed tea & coffee to wind down a busy day.
. The hall rental for the full day usage of the hall also will be included in the full day conference package for your convenience.
. Notepads, pens, water (chilled, un-chilled or regular) throughout the function, mints on each table, flip chart boards, white board with assorted markers, overhead projectors, podium with the entire sound system including FM mikes, clip on mikes etc., flower arrangements will provide at no extra charge.
DELUXE PACKAGE
Our deluxe seminar package is compiled specifically to cater to your most important clients, but also keeping the price in mind. Our full day deluxe seminar package includes the following :
. Morning snacks with five varieties of snacks served with freshly brewed tea & coffee. This snack menu also can be tailor-made according to your preferences (E.g. Vegetarian, Spicy etc.)
. An International Lunch Buffet. This buffet includes a wide spread of delicious dishes including four salads, two appetisers, four meat & fish items, three types of vegetarian dishes, two types of rice & six desserts. We could also tailor-make themed lunch buffets for you according to your diversified participants under the above framework.

E.g. Specialty menus created by our specialised Indian, Chinese, Sri Lankan, Italian or Japanese chefs.

. Tea & Coffee will also be served throughout the function.

. Morning snacks with six varieties of VVIP snacks served with freshly brewed tea & coffee. This snack menu also can be tailor made according to your preference (E.g. Vegetarian, Spicy etc.)
. An International Lunch Buffet.
